Zola Mhlongo (born 6 October 1995), popularly known as Zola Zee Lovin, is a South African radio host, actress, musician, and entrepreneur. She is best known for anchoring the shows Weekend Breakfast Sounds Good and The Friday Hangout.
Mhlongo has also worked in shows such as Uzalo, Ifalakhe, uMakoti, 365 Day, Adulting, and How to Manifest a Man. She is the founder and CEO of the shapewear brand, Undefined Shapes.

Early Life
Zola Ayabulela Mhlongo was born on 6 October 1995 in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. She lost her father in 2000 and was primarily raised by her mother. She has been passionate about acting from a young age and has loved acting and singing.
Education
Mhlongo studied for a Bachelor of Arts in drama at the University of Cape Town (UCT) through the ACT DALRO Nedbank Scholarships Programme.
Career
Zola ventured into radio at the university, working as a newsreader for the campus radio station, UCT Radio. After graduating, she volunteered at the commercial radio station Gagasi FM.
Mhlongo honed her skills and later got a contract, spending six years doing music shows. She has also transitioned into acting and played a lead role as Hleziphi on SABC1’s hit soap opera Uzalo.
She starred in the short film Sent, directed and written by Ayanda Halimana. She won Best Supporting Actress at the Simon Mabhunu Sabela KZN Film and Television Awards for the short film in 2025.
Zola appeared in the mini-series 365 Days, which premiered on 3 April 2023 and portrayed Nkosazana in Mzansi Magic’s My Brother’s Keeper.
She co-hosts the Saturday weekend breakfast show Weekend Breakfast Sounds Good on Metro FM, alongside Somizi Mhlongo, Andile Ncube and Keorapetse Hlope. She also hosts the SABC1 travel show Shay’iRound.
Zola is the CEO and founder of the contemporary shapewear brand Undefined Shapes. She has also done marketing campaigns for brands such as Lays and Uber. She has also released the single Vuka.
She launched the LVN Foundation and granted five young girls studio time to record radio demos in 2025.
Personal Life
Zola Mhlongo was in a relationship with record producer Kabelo Motsamai, aka Prince Kaybee. She has a son, Mmino Milani, whom she co-parents with Prince Kaybee.
