Khanyisa Jaceni was born on 3 October 1995 in Secunda, Mpumalanga, northeastern South Africa. She grew up in a family with a strong musical inclination. She developed an interest in singing as a young child and sang for her parents during Christmas celebrations.
Career
Jaceni became one of the top 5 finalists in the Vodacom NXT LVL music competition in 2017.
During the global COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, she turned to digital platforms. She gained media attention for her charismatic trademark catchphrase, “BOTTOM LINE!!”. She also made music videos covering other artists’ songs.
In 2019, she released a song titled ‘Jikeleza’ with Kabza De Small and Maphorisa. In 2021, she collaborated with Marcus MC on “Bheka Mina Ngedwa” and Mr JazziQ on “Ungangi Bambi.”
